When running page at http://www.webpagetest.org/ I get no score (X) for Effective Use Of CDN. Tried various options with the plugin. On CDN Base URL: I entered
http://j9nlm11j5h729y3zq2qyplk111i.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com
because that's the URL I see on the page speed tests. Maybe this is not the correct URL?
Also very low score on "Cache static content" no matter which options I try.
Page speed is definitely improving though. I've cut time in half, down to 1.75 seconds on Pingdom and a bit faster on WebPageTest even with the CDN issue.
