Solution is to exclude some or all of the miniAudioPlayer javascript from being autoptimized (in the ao admin page).
regarding trojan; not sure how the trojan got in, but take care because it might be back if there's a problem with e.g. the version of wordpress (or a plugin or theme) you are using.
