ok, some questions to try to pin-point the problem:

1. do you experience this problem on one site, or on multiple ones?
2. do you have the white screen immediately on the wp-admin-section upon activating, or on the front-end after activating?
3. do you have access to the php error log? any relevant info in there?
4. can (or did) you try to remove the plugin entirely and then re-install?
