BissWordpress on "[Plugin: Autoptimize] Does it work with CDN?"

Ok I removed 'HTML" and now it's working on the other website.

We have a gallery at the bottom of the website. The code of it is in the header but looking at the source, I couldn't find the code at all. And you can see arrows in that gallery. How can I exclude that?
