jealousGod on "[Plugin: Autoptimize] conflict with Share Buttons by AddToAny"

Hi - Thanks for this wonderful plugin. It has great promise.

We use social media plugin "Share Buttons by AddToAny" and Autoptimize has trouble minimizing the HTML of pages that incorporate this plugin to add sharing icons. Specifically, the rendered page shows "%MINIFYHTMLd95f71f3bce2cc816871d2cc804c57bc11%" inline with the sharing icons.

Thoughts?
