there's no trace of autoptimize or W3TC in the HTML, but there are clear signs of speed booster pack;

if you indeed uninstalled speed booster pack, then the logical conclusion is you still have the page in cache somewhere (w3tc page cache or one of the security plugins with a page cache or a service such as cloudflare or fastly). next stap would be to identify the caching component and to clear that cache. after that, all will be fine.
(the fact that your site is still broken without AO, indicates the problem probably was not with AO in the first place)
