wm on "[Plugin: Autoptimize] Remove query strings from static resources"

When I test my pages on http://gtmetrix.com/ i get some "Remove query strings from static resources"

I found this guide with code and a addon:

Do I need to use that other plugin or is Autoptimize takeing care of this issue as far as it can be done?
