Hi
I’m getting a warning that:
You are forcing Autoptimize to use the “legacy minifiers” by setting the AUTOPTIMIZE_LEGACY_MINIFIERS constant in /wp-config.php. The “legacy minifiers” will not be supported as from the upcoming Autoptimize 2.4 any more
Is this going to cause a problem?
Do I need to do anything?

Hello friends, faced with a serious problem. This problem lies in the fact that in the body of the html page the code of the block with the styles (.css) Autoptimize is displayed earlier than the block with the metadata that is displayed using the Yoast plugin.
On the client’s site, you need to bring out all styles not in a separate file, but rather insert it into the body of the page. But after the styles are inserted into the body of the page, the metadata output “completely” (and somewhere partially) “flies”.
That is, I need to move the output of the Autoptimize styles below the block to the output of Yoast metadata. More detailed mapping in the screenshot below (in the screenshot I derived the styles in the css file, which would be more graphically).

Здравствуйте друзья, столкнулся с серьезной проблемой. Данная проблема заключается в том что в теле html страницы код блока со стилями (.css) Autoptimize выводится раньше чем блок с метаданными которые выводится при помощи плагина Yoast.
На сайте клиента необходимо все стили вывести не в отдельном файле, а внедрить именно в тело страницы. Но после того как стили вставлены в тело страницы, полностью (а где-то частично) “летит” вывод метаданных.
То есть мне нобходимо переместить вывод стилей Autoptimize ниже блока с выводом метаданных Yoast. Более детальней отобраазил на скриншоте ниже (на скриншоте я вывел стили в css файле, что бы было более наглядно).

Hi –
In Autoptimize we’ve excluded jquery.js from being combined and deferred because some plugins needed it early.
So now the #1 warning from Google PageSpeed Insights is that we should “remove render-blocking Javascript” This is the one file it says is render blocking – jquery.js.
Is there a way we can say to load jquery asynchronously? Or defer it but have it be 1st in line? The problem is that at least 7 plugins on our site are calling it.
Is the only solution for us to manually change each <script src=”jquery.js”</script> and ADD attr=”async”? Or is there a solution within Autoptimze or a function we can paste in functions.php that adds attr=”async” to all these references to include jquery.js?

I’m trying to inline CSS (we’re a small site with not much traffic) and using the default exclude list (wp-content/cache/, wp-content/uploads/, admin-bar.min.css, dashicons.min.css) but after saving the images on our site go massive. Why is this happening when wp-content is excluded? I’ve tried excluding one of the images via its exact link (wp-content/uploads/2017/10/The-Perfect-Answer_Hero_1280.jpg?id=21943) but still no luck. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello,
I am receiving warnings about this plugin referencing old Gravity Forms tables. I am not sure if this plugin has anything to do with GF at all, or that it’s just because this plugin is referencing every table in the DB. Could you verify this please?

I get this error very often when I try to clear cache. Then I clear cache from the Cache Plugin (Wp Rocket).
Any Permanent Solution for it?

I am curious if I disallow the AO cache so search engines don’t try and access it, will this have any adverse affects on the speed of website ?

I thought I had fixed all issues yesterday but realised that optimising CSS is stopping the responsiveness of my WP theme. Is there some CSS that I can exclude to fix this?
Have searched support threads but can only find people having the same issue with JS, not CSS.

I have installed Autoptimize and it has the features I need, only it does not work well… Might be my theme..
HTML options:
As soon as I enable this option, my menubar on mobile changes.
Javascript options:
revolutions slider along with product carousels stop working.
Do you have any suggestions?

There is a signature field at the bottom of the form linked above.
In the “type It” field the signature is truncated vertically when Autoptimize is activated.
I have added the CSS file into the exclude configuration to no avail.
Any ideas to resolve?

Hi, I’ve cleared the Autoptimize cache, Beaver Builder Cache, and WpEngine cache and I’m it’s still pulling some old styles… is there a way to completely flush the Autoptimize cache?

Hi,
I’m using this plugin on my site. I found after a day wp-admin/admin-ajax.php gets 403 error and all Ajax functionality on site stop working. removing cache of Autoptimize fix the problem but after a day, this problem occurs again.
I disabled javascript minification but it doesn’t help.
I have installed WP Super Cache and All In One WP Security too.

Morning, my critical css is not working. I have tried both of the big critcal css generators. Cached is by Siteground Memchached and using Keycdn. I have also tried disabling all plugins to see if there was a conflict but no luck. At one point I did use an AMP plugin but that has now gone, don’t know if that messed anything up?

I’m trying to merge the CSS all the time through the plugin but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried a different attitude, but nothing happens. Am I forgetting something?

Using WPBakery Page Builder and already excluding the CSS/JS they suggest. Page has no errors, no console msg, but somehow the way autoptimize aggregates something is affecting the animation.

I have red light blinking in admin for autoptimize, it says that is 100%, do i need to clear cache or is it needed to clear cache when it hits 100%.
We have plenty of space on our hosting and if its ok, we would leave it like that.
As i see it, it says that everything is full cached, since the 100% mark, or it measuers some kind of space that it can fill up with cache and it says that its 100% full and i need to clear it.
