Hi and thank you for your autoptimize plugin! This one worked perfectly until I decided to create an E-shop with woocommerce and Stripe for woocommerce plugins.
Since, both my single product and product with variation don’t load normally. Pictures are missing as well as remaining stock. Moreover all product variations appears, even the variations not in stock.
I know the problem comes from JS optimization. So I tried to exclude several woocommerce plugin as well as ticking the box for “trycatch”. I spent a week looking at possible solution, trying different things with autoptimize but I am clueless.
I use Autoptimize, Jetpack and WP Super Cache plugins to optimize my website and its PageSpeed/Yslow rank.
Can you please help me with this issue?
Best Regards,
Julien

I really like this plugin… but I’m having a weird issue where it optimizes every page on my site except the home page. I’m using the default settings. Any suggestions on how I could go about troubleshooting this?

Hi there!
I’m using Autoptimize and to be honest I’m extremely happy with it. I’m wondering if you could spend a minute and give me a hand with AO?
Currently there is a problem with CDN (I’m using BunnyCdn).
The files minified by AO (css and js) are often not cached by the CDN. I have added the cdn url into AO (//cdn.geekworkshop.ca)
My setup:
AO (css, html, js ON)
WP-rocket: only using for CDN
SG optimizer: dynamic cache OFF
Here is the report from GtMetrix (you can see that it took almost 1 second to load .js
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/geekworkshop.ca/LVb9XPEK
Also, is there a way to exclude a plugin from AO? I’m using a separate mobile menu and it’s not loading if AO is on.
Thank you so much and sorry for bothering!
Igor.

Hey there,
I have used autooptimize on two pages: http://www.valuedach.de and http://www.freiburger-botschaft.eu. On both pages a connection to maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com is permantly established. I want stop the pages from loading a connection to maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com.
I am not sure if this caused by autooptimize, but maybe it is. Any idea how I can solve this isseu?
Best,

Hey Frank,
Hope all is well.
Just wanted to ask about Gravity Forms and Autoptimize. When I remove jquery.js from being optimized (which is enabled on install), Gravity Forms button won’t complete submission. I tried the catch wrapping setting, but to no avail. Are you aware of this and do you have any advice on how to resolve so I can eliminate the render blocking javascript?

Hello,
I am trying to get all CSS in one file or inline element. Most CSS is being aggregated correctly, but there are a few CSS resources from Beaver Builder that are still loading independently and being reported as render-blocking by Google PageSpeed Insights. Anybody have any experience on using this plug-in with Beaver Builder?
The site I am working on is [ Redundant like redacted ]
Thanks!

Hello, I’m struggling with this problem for a week, really lost any hopes to solve it. Just puzzled at all what I can do. This page loads fine in any other browsers, except of IE, When I launch it IE I start getting hundreds of errors – Object doesn’t support property or method
Have you experienced this problem?
I really can’t imagine how you even decided to offer this plugin-service, as it so hard to let people use with so much variety of what all we have and in order it would not have errors..It looks like impossible)

Hi there,
I have the same issue that @deanysus posted nearly a year ago.
The WordPress Redirection plugin is reporting dozens of 404s to .js and .ccs files such as wp-content/cache/autoptimize/js/autoptimize_758b987dfc913fc72cbce2b… caused by Autoptimize when Googlebot accesses my site.
The reply to @deanysus post was to update the autoptimize .htaccess file to change 404 error to 401 error. Support mentioned that the code to do so has already been posted in this support forum but I cannot find it. Please could this be reposted if relevant.
I am using Siteground memcache and Cloudflare , could this be causing the issue.
I have disabled Autoptimize temporarily.
Please could you help on this Thank you.

Hello,
I would like to ask if it is possible to auto clean the site so I don’t have to click delete cached every time I wanted to.
I would like to have a cleaning automation that I can set as daily, weekly or monthly, is that possible?
If you have it on a pro version will also do.
Looking forward with your future response. Thank you…
Cheers

Hello
A lot of pages are broken.
I have deactivated and deleted Autoptimize.
See this page: https://funkopops.nl/blog/
It still tries to reach Autoptimize CSS file
<!DOCTYPE html><html class=”” lang=”nl” prefix=”og: http://ogp.me/ns# fb: http://ogp.me/ns/fb# og: http://ogp.me/ns#“><head><meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=edge” /><meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=utf-8″/><meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1″ /><link type=”text/css” media=”all” href=”https://funkopops.nl/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_3c5e8853f49b2dda6c1fabde052e5cb0.css” rel=”stylesheet” />
I really hope that someone can help me out, because i’m really lost

Since you already make ‘snippet_’ is there a way to add 2 layers of exclude?
Instead of making 1.css per page you would end up with 2 per page
Eg:
Exclude scripts from 1 Autoptimize -> make 1a.css, all excluded is pushed to layer 2
Further Exclude scripts from 2 Autoptimize -> make 2a.css, the rest is just excluded
The effect is some pages call 1a.css, some call 1a.css and 2a.css

Is there a way to exclude a class, but only from inline html?
This would be builder generated css, specific to page.
I still want you to aggregate most other inline CSS

I have 2 files,

< jQuery(document).ready(function(){});
Now I added jQuery(document).ready(function(){}); to exclude, but it doesn’t.
How should I format it?

Hi Frank,
Combining and loading fonts asynchronously with webfont.js was adding a Google AJAX Search API tracker to my page. After days of wrecking my brains, I’m happy I figured it out.
Now, I use Google tag manager code, but a Google analytics tracker is added nevertheless. Even when I remove the Google tag manager code, the Google analytics tracker is still loaded. Needless to say, when I remove the Google tag manager code, no pageviews are tracked in my GA account, so it’s not duplicate code.
Do you know if this could be from the settings in Autoptimize? Just thought of asking in case it saves me some precious time 🙂
Thanks,
Laura
